Seferihisar residents went on an annual Martyrs’ Walk in commemoration of those soldiers, who died in the Battle of Dardanelles. The Martyrs’ Walk was arranged by Seferihisar Municipality on March 18th, 2019 at the 104th anniversary of Dardanelles Victory.
Seferihisar Mayor Tunç Soyer praised the valor and loyalty of Dardanelles martyrs. Mayor Soyer glorified the Dardanelles War as the greatest lesson on the fight against imperialism and as the first step of the Turkish Republic.
