New Library in Urkmez

A new library has been opened in Seferihisar Municipality’s Urkmez Youth Center on Sunday, April 9th.

The library contains a total of 10.000 books donated together by writer Mustafa Gokce and Seferihisar Municipality.

Seferihisar Mayor Tunc Soyer and the Urkmez residents joined the opening ceremony, which also included a debate with the following people: Haber Hurriyeti Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Ibrahim Irmak, poet and writer Zubeyde Seven Turan, Aydinlik Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Hayati Ozcan, poet and writer Umit Yasar Isikhan, poet Ahmet Dinc, poet Pakize Akcakir and Ferdi Haydaroglu.
