Seferihisar Traditional Cuisine

Seferihisar Municipality, Hıdırlık Agricultural Development Association , The Slow Life Guild and Izmir Economy University joined in collaboration to initiate a “Slow Kitchen” run by local women. The project team included women from the other 9 Cittaslow’s in Turkey, so that similar projects could be initiated in other cities.
