The Lalezar Restaurant one of the favourite halls of Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus Hotel promoted the local cuisine of Seferihisar, Turkey’s 1st Cittaslow city to the selected group of guests as a part of its “Local Cuisine Global Taste” Project. All dishes were prepared by the women members of Hıdırlık Agricultural Development Cooperative.
Lalezar Tavern renewed its concept and started the project in March with the presentation of Adana cuisine followed by Turkey’s 1st Cittaslow city Seferihisar on 26-27-28 April. The special dishes of Seferihisar was served to guests at the launching night on April 26th at Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus.
Seferihisar Mayor Tunç Soyer, Hıdırlık Agricultural Development Cooperative Head Neptün Soyer and cooperative members, actor Altan Gördüm, journalist and presenter Murat Güloğlu and Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus Manager Tolga Aytan were among the participants of the night.
The ones willing to taste Seferihisar cuisine, are welcome to Lalezar Tavern on 26-27-28th April.
