Traditional Soup Making Atelier

If you are also eager to learn about how to dry tomato, yogurt and pimento in the traditional way to prepare ‘tarhana’ soup, you are kindly invited to Ulamis village.

Seferihisar Municipality, The Village Cooperative and Slow Food Teos in cooperation will organize the Seferihisar Traditional Tarhana Preparation Atelier in Ulamis village.

The traditional tarhana is prepared with tomatoes, yogurt and pimento by women before winters as a flavour to be consumed during all seasons.

This free cooking atelier will be open after 10:00 am all day on Saturday 19th August.
