Two Companies Bid for the Tender
The land of Seferihisar Municipality on block 776 plot 1 in Sigacik neighborhood with the area of 62.162 sqm sold in tender.
The tender was made on Wednesday, April 5th 2017 in Seferihisar Municipality under the guidance of Vice Mayor Ahmet Guney and municipal assembly members.
The tender started with an initial price of 14 millions TL and two companies quoted their sealed offers. Kristal Turizm AŞ. with the higher bid of 17 milyon 700 bin TL won the tender.
