Ürkmez Yacht Marina Project Suspended for Environmental Reasons
İzmir 1st Administrative Court decided the annulment of the Environmental Impact Report (ÇED) on grounds of insufficient evaluation of the yacht marina planned to be built by The Ministry of Transportation, Maritime and Communication 3rd Region Directorate in Ürkmez neighborhood of Seferihisar. The residents, who sued against the ÇED report, celebrated the environmental-friendly decision of the court.
