Cittaslow Turkey Coordinator Tunc Soyer visited Güdül, Ankara for evaluation purposes.
After the visit Soyer commented on the visit: "We had the opportunity to witness successful accomplishments in preserving an ancient culture and heritage in Güdül district of Ankara. The preservation of cities’ identities is more important than ever; during our visit we saw that many historical mansions are still being used by their respective owners. We will give full support for Güdül’s Cittaslow preparations and appreciate the heartful efforts of the organization committee for this pleasant tour of Güdül.”
