The book named "10 Years, 10 Cities, 10 Stories” is published upon the celebration the 10th anniversary of "The Future is in Tourism” program defined to support the tourism and development projects in collaboration with Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, UNDP and Anadolu Efes Group of Companies.
The Future is in Tourism is one of the few long-running social responsibility projects of Turkey. Within the scope of the project, a traditional cooking course named "Seferihisar’s Traditional Cuisine” had been organized. The story of this enterprise was written by S.S.Hidirlik Agricultural Collective President Neptun Soyer, The Support to Slow Life Foundation President Bulent Kostem, Seferihisa Mayor Tunc Soyer and Izmir Economy University Food Engineering Professor Nazan Turhan. The book was illustrated by photographer Mustafa Seven.
