Seferihisar has received a grant of 1,2 million TL opened by Turkish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Husbandry. Thanks to this fund, two projects will be realized in Seferihisar. The meat processing and cold storage units are planned to be finalized in a year.
Seferihisar Municipal Board gathered on Monday 22nd May to vote for the capital expenditure of Jeotermal A.S. Seferihisar residents were requesting for these mentioned facilities for a long time, however the municipal members from the AKP (Justice and Development Party) declined the use of the grant without any justification. The grant was accepted by the majority of votes thanks to the CHP (Republican People’s Party) and independent board members.
