TURKEY HAS A BRIGHT FUTURE

Konak Mayor Sema Pekdas said that Turkey was passing through a difficult period, almost a whirlpool. The Government was uttering words of human rights or freedom of speech, but dismissed academia without alleging any proof of wrong-doing. The freedom of universities and scientific autonomy are the key factors for democracy. Unfortunately the universities do lack of qualified academia and some departments were closed down. But no darkness will last forever . Turkey has a bright future ahead. We all believe in that.”
