Seferihisar Municipality started to make the zoning status services online in 2017, which resulted in lesser applications in person. With the new starting ImarSIS application, the processes for zoning works can also be followed online and therefore would speeden up.
Construction and Zoning Directorate will use a new application to process all the requests online. The number of requests for permits and documents do increase year-by-year. This new system will take the request of the applicant, generate a tracking number and will send an informative message to him/her as the request would be processed step by step by the municipality. These data are also recorded, the first request day, when it is processed and how many days it took to be completed. The residents can also track the processes online.
HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK?
Construction inspection, new building numbering, urban transformation and demolition, land assignment, zoning, construction permit, structural use and secretarial department applications can be made to the new system.
