First Slow City Seferihisar in Istanbul for "Local Cuisine Global Taste”

The Lalezar Restaurant in Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus continues to promote the local cuisines as a part of its "Local Cuisine Global Taste” Project on 26-27-28 April.

Seferihisar Hıdırlık Agricultural Development Cooperative members prepare special local dishes like artichokes with beans, golden thistle, wrapped patience dock, boiled greens and tarhana with mastic for the distinguished guests of Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus hotel.

Lalezar Tavern renewed its concept and started the project in March with the presentation of Adana cuisine. Turkey’s first Slow City Seferihisar’s local dishes will be prepared by local women, the guests can enjoy a generous set menu for 100 TL per person and 160 TL with limitless local alcoholic drinks. The dishes included in the menu are as follows: Artichokes with beans, golden thistle, wrapped patience dock, boiled greens, fennel with pistachio, sinkonta, sıra meatballs, balıklama, fish soap, baby goat, tarhana soup with mastic, cake with cottage cheese and mandarin sauce, mastic cookies. There will also an organic market set inside the hotel, where you can get Seferihisar’s healthy products.
